Non-CPA Firm Status: Nightingale Bookkeeping LLC is a bookkeeping practice, not a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firm, public accounting firm, or law firm.
No Tax Preparation or Attestation: We do not perform certified public accounting services, CPA attestations, formal financial statement compilations/reviews/audits under AICPA standards, or official tax opinion services. Unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate formal engagement, we do not prepare or file business income tax returns (e.g., Forms 1040, 1120, 1065).
CPA Collaboration: We prepare clean, reconciled, and tax-ready financial statements so that you may seamlessly deliver them to your licensed CPA, Enrolled Agent (EA), or tax professional for year-end tax planning and filing.
